CLASS 2 - YEARS 3 & 4
In the Year 3 and 4 class we are lucky because we have 2 teachers! We have Mrs Hopper Monday to Wednesday, (great for music) then Mrs Wilcox Thursday and Fridays, (who likes PE & ICT!) We follow the National Curriculum, with numeracy and literacy in the mornings and other subjects areas after lunch. Activities range from making chairs to creating moving monsters. We have studied the Vikings so far this year in history and had a great time at Jorvik. In P.E. our football lessons with Mrs Sheerins are fantastic, we get muddy and we love it!
In art we designed and made chairs for a variety of characters including Dennis the Menace, Kylie Minogue and Dracula. At the end of the unit we invited parents in to an exhibition of the finished masterpieces.

Class 2
musicians have worked with our peripatetic music teacher Miss Waddington every
Tuesday, playing strings, brass, woodwind and key board. We have thoroughly
enjoyed our music lessons and are looking forward to playing in assembly for
the rest of the school.
